Registration Fees
Accompanying Person Registration
This registration category is intended exclusively for accompanying family members of registered participants and does not grant access to the scientific programme.
The accompanying person registration fee is 75 € and includes:
- Coffee breaks during the Forum.
- Welcome Reception on Friday after the Opening Ceremony.
- Saturday lunch.
- Access to a quiet lounge area to relax during the congress.
Please note: an accompanying person may be your partner, friend, or adult child (18 years or older) of a registered participant. This category is not intended for professional colleagues, healthcare-related associates, or students in medical or health sciences programmes.
Terms & Conditions
- Participant registration includes: 21% VAT, in-person scientific sessions, Friday lunch, and coffee breaks.
- Accompanying person registration includes: coffee breaks, the Welcome Reception, Saturday lunch, and access to a quiet lounge area. It does not include access to the scientific programme.
- Cancellations: Must be notified in writing to congresos@semfyc.es.
- Cancellations received before February 1, 2027, shall be entitled to a refund of the total less a 20% administrative fee.
- Name changes are not permitted.
- No changes will be made to the payer's information once the invoice has been issued.
- No refunds will be made for completed registrations in the event of a change of payer. If your registration is pending processing by a company, wait for official confirmation from the technical secretariat.
