Terms & Conditions

• Registration includes: 21% VAT, in-person scientific sessions, Friday lunch, and coffee breaks.
• Cancellations: Must be notified in writing to congresos@semfyc.es.
• Cancellations received before February 1, 2027, shall be entitled to a refund of the total less a 20% administrative fee.
• Name changes are not permitted.
• No changes will be made to the payer's information once the invoice has been issued.
• No refunds will be made for completed registrations in the event of a change of payer. If your registration is pending processing by a company, wait for official confirmation from the technical secretariat.
